Aconcagua Dispatch 1/21/09

Hel­lo every­one, this is Pablo call­ing in from Camp Cana­da. Today we did an acclima­ti­za­tion hike up toward our next camp loca­tion at Nido de Con­dors, but we stopped a lit­tle short of our goal due to dete­ri­o­rat­ing weath­er and thun­der­storms. We are rest­ing in our tents now and look­ing for­ward to a din­ner of fried chick­en and mixed veg­gies. We are hop­ing for bet­ter weath­er tomor­row so we can make our move up to Nido de Con­dors. I will check in again soon.
