Dorado Needle / Early Morning Spire

These prominent alpine rock climbs in the North Cascades National Park are among the finest in the range.Towering above the Inspiration and McAllister Glaciers, these climbs offer a superb challenge for solid intermediate level climbers amidst a remote wilderness setting.

Regarded as two of the best alpine rock climbs in the Cascade Pass region, Dorado Needle and Early Morning Spire combine a long glaciated approach and up to 12 pitches of spectacular climbing. The west arête of Eldorado, while occasionally marred with some loose rock, offers one of the longest, most aesthetic lines in the Cascades, some 3,000-feet long. This is a full alpine climbing adventure, perfect for climbers who want to push their abilities and employ a mixed bag of climbing skills.

This climb is done on a custom basis.
